Where EB Skincare Academy cancels a training course we will not be held liable for transportation, accommodation, loss of earnings or any other associated costs.

EB Skincare Academy does not accept responsibility or any liability for delegates’ belongings whilst they are on site. This includes personal equipment and vehicles which are brought onto the premises and are left entirely at the owner’s risk.

As part of our service to provide excellent customer service we operate an equal opportunities policy. Students will not experience discrimination on any grounds. EB Skincare Academy will not tolerate physical or verbal abuse towards any trainer at any time. Nor will we tolerate sexism, ageism, racism or any other form of discrimination. Bearing this in mind, students need to be aware that both males and females book onto these courses and we will pair you accordingly for practical work. You may therefore be working on someone of the opposite sex. Deciding not to continue with the day if you do not wish to work on another student will result in the loss of your course fee.

EB Skincare Academy operates a no-smoking policy.

All intellectual property rights remain the property of EB Skincare Academy and any copies made of course materials, booklets or training aids will be an infringement of copyright unless agreed in writing by EB Skincare Academy.

Sales of Goods

All orders of machines and kits are deemed special orders and are in relation to the agreed terms of business-to-business trading. By purchasing or ordering any goods from EB Skincare Academy, you are automatically agreeing to the terms contained herein.

Kits/Machine cancellations must be submitted in writing to Head Office. Only by direct agreement with a Managing Director will a return be accepted for a credit note. Credit notes can be used against any other products or courses with EB Skincare Academy. We operate a no-refund policy as stated at the time of purchase.

Machines/Kits or other products sold by EB Skincare Academy and resold by trainers or other third parties must be sold at our recommended retail price. No items sold by EB Skincare Academy may be sold on sales sites, social media sites or third-party websites including, but not limited to, eBay, Facebook or Gumtree.
