We do not issue refunds for digital/physical products once the order is confirmed and/or the product is sent. If you wish to change the date of your appointment, please give 48 hours’ notice, if you wish to change the date or cancel your course, we require at least 4 weeks’ notice, failure to do so may result in us not being able to confirm another date/appointment that may be suitable for you.
